Ming is legally trained and admitted to NZ High Court as barrister and solicitor and also a full member of Chartered Accountant of Australia and NZ. She has 30+ years professional banking experience including credit control, transactional, project finance, securitisation, bond issuance and corporate client syndication.
Professional membership includes Global Women, Institute of Directors of NZ, Auckland District Law Society and Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand. Currently serves as Director on several boards, including council-controlled organisation, Gisborne Holdings Limited and Tauwhareparae Farms Limited and Advisory role on the NZ Asian Leaders, and Endeavour Services Limited (New Zealand) “ESL” [FSP582807] Director of finance for the “Bioplant Group of Companies”
